Dusty,
I think your last post is accurate except I do not think it will matter what deal you line up for this company. The for sale sign is up and is not coming down. Anyone who buys this company will have to reverse because there are only 3 million shares in the treasury. If management still owned 50% of the stock a reverse would not be required -- but they do not. Reverse splits are not always the end of the world -- I lived through a 100-1 and ended up making money on the deal. It just takes time and the new company has to be successful and well capitalized. If they reverse, issue themselves the rest of the shares and hold them -- great. If they need cash to move ahead -- not so great because they will add to the float and drive the price down.
You have done some outstanding things for this company and it is too bad Tom and the rest are not working half as hard as you are to make HDST a success as it is today.
I am sitting on a healthy loss now myself -- guess I will have to wait and see what happens with this company in the future. It is easier to resign myself from caring too much right now and hope for the best in a few months after the deal is done and the effects of a probable reverse are, if we are all lucky, negated by the overwhelming success of the new management.
