Well I have not sold either....nor do I have any reason to believe that DF-144 will not be at the Midland table in the not so distant future.

It seems to me that the most direct route for profits to the holders of the patent are through Midland. Any other route for DF-144 will just lead right to the courthouse and DF-144 doesn't make any profits while it's tied up in a patent fight.
