Bert - I do not know.

This company was a big disappointment - seems they had so
much going FOR them, but it just fell apart.

When the bid dropped some time ago to $ .09, I said enough and sold my position. I kept the stock dividend on the outside remote
chance there was still life in the vine.

I see another two months at most, and then JAXI ceases to even be listed.
