When will the gutless BOJ stop scapegoating? They and the rest of the Japanese kiddie gang persist with hiding their neo-mercantilism. They know that a rising yen and a change in the people's buying habits toward foreign goods will spell the end to the purity of the untouchable Japanese Empire. They'll just have to decide if a little trade is better than none.
