When Jabil Talks about their "communications line"
they are referring to a manufacturing line that could be running any number of products from a number of customers all (or some) of which may have reduced orders for various reasons through out the quarter.
The net resulted in lower revenues for that line. We have to be careful to not read to much into Jabil's report. There are just too many possibilities here.
