Appointment of K. J. McClelland as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for
Luxor.

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to announce that K. J. (Ken)
McClelland will be joining the Company in mid-July as Vice President of
Sales & Marketing. Mr. McClelland has served as a director of the Company
since January 1996. He has over 25 years of experience in the wood products
industry including marketing, product promotion and production.

In his new capacity, Mr. McClelland will be responsible for all aspects of
product marketing which will include increasing product distribution and
managing Luxor's sales personnel. Following many years of Research and
Development, the Company is poised to expand distribution of the patented
IBS 2000 Load Sharing Floorsystem throughout the North American marketplace.

During the past ten years, Mr. McClelland has been responsible for the
development and implementation of marketing programs for building materials
in the international arena. He has been the Executive Director of the
Western Red Cedar Lumber Association since 1992 wherein he established the
operating structure, policies and vision of the Association. He was
responsible for the start-up of the British Columbia Wood Specialties Group,
which he managed from 1989 to 1992. In these positions, Mr. McClelland
focused on introducing products to Distributors, Retailers, Builders,
Architects, Engineers and Building Officials; which parallels the
requirements necessary for Luxor's IBS 2000 sales growth. From 1971 to
1989, Mr. McClelland was employed in both the United States and Canada by
Macmillan Bloedel Ltd., one of North America's largest Forest Products
Companies.

Luxor's President, Terry O. Lashman, stated that "Management is excited with
Mr. McClelland's appointment and feels that his extensive knowledge of the
industry will be invaluable in the Company's drive to establish itself as
the leader in wood frame building systems innovations."

Thanks for the link.
I had already reviewed their website and it gives a good explanation of the product. I just can't figure out, from what I've read here and there and elsewhere, what the sales and earnings projections are and whether there is any justification for buying more at this level. Selling here is a possibility, but the price keeps slipping.
BTW is the company trading on the pink sheets?
