Another lawsuit?

from the attorneys of Dodge, Fazio, Anderson & Jones, P.C.

In recent months, this Website has discussed the Click of Death problem associated with Iomega Zip drives. Our law firm is investigating an action to recover damages for consumers who purchased a defective Zip drive. If you have a Zip drive with the Click of Death and would be interested in becoming part of this consumer class action, please send email to consumer@onramp.net. We think the more people who join in this cause, the better the chance of convincing Iomega that we are serious about recovering for Zip drive owners who have purchased a defective product.

If hired as your attorneys, we will work on a contingent fee basis of 1/3 of your gross recovery. All costs and other expenses of this case will be paid by the law firm and not charged to you, whether or not we recover for you. No one can guarantee victory in any lawsuit, and we are not promising an award by the court. However, we do plan to ask for damages in this action, as well as interest and attorneys fees.

If you are interested or would like additional information please contact us at consumer@onramp.net.
