Sudhir........ I would call your last statement a "Bishop" You are essentially saying "to hell with the fundamentals" I've been recommending to buy stock "X" for 6 months and I stop recommending to buy on the 180th day................New people come into the market daily and for many this stock may hold "Allure", "Potential", a chance to make some money...you seem to be talking to a finite number of listeners and they need to see performance now or do something else.........you say "the story has not changed" well I believe it has changed dramatically what with disclosure of finding a Gem quality 10.8 carat diamond, a 8.4 carat gem, a 6 carat gem and another 18 gems@ 1+ carat . Granted this is still a Spec high risk play but the risk has just been greatly reduced with this most recent news release. I'm trying to be impartial and not be so pro because I hold a WSP position, it's difficult.........but the three big stones are the best reported to date in the entire NWT to my knowledge........I say that at Mondays close of .70 the stock is a hell of a no brainer.......the stock is a "buy".................buy for now...chuck..... PS,,,we have a Guru of "value identification" that reads the diamond threads.....I wonder what her read is??????????PPSS I think you would want to come at this issue from the point of view that ..some guy is out there saying to himself, "should I buy this stock or not" and you don't address that as an advisor or in other words you don't think the stock is worth buying to the non-holder.......my two cents worth.......chuck

Thanks to Walt and Sudhir.

It would seem that given the severe BEAR market we find ourselves in that the market is having trouble believing in any thing. I have seen very few stocks rally for more than a day or two after positive news. This would seem to suggest that there is very little new capital present for the Small Cap sector.
Given the present climate I think it is prudent to hold cash but from time to time an excellent opportunity will arrive. This may be such an opportunity if the value per tonne to be released in the next few weeks exceeds $150.00.
If this is the case then the potential leverage on capital will be very high. Even if the market does not recognize this right away it will recognize it eventually. The problem is that if the market does not put a high price tag on your assets then you must rely more heavily on major companies to finance development.

A buy and hold in this case may prove to be an excellent investment over the next 12 to 18 months. Either the market will shift and acknowledge the true value of what is in the ground or a major company will come in and buy the company at fire sale prices. A hold recommendation is fine but what about the value of your currency?
