Brasilbound, EXCELLENT advice/warning. The ALEX MM has a reputation of staying short and squashing a run, when he knows there is money to be made. Mike's pick has brought the attention of all of SI. SI is two-thirds of all stock talk on the internet. If MMs know hundreds of thousands of dollars are going to be poured into a stock, regardless of the direction the stock is taking, it gives them a distinct advantage. As you point out, ALYA has hit the same brick wall and it has frustrated all that are involved. And again you are right, it wears the buyers down in time.

The sad part is that the MMs have another advantage. Once the MMs go short, buyers cannot make a concerted effort to squeeze the shorts without breaking SEC regulations. It is an unfair advantage, but then this is Vegas isn't it?
