It was a discussion on CNBC. Kurlak wasn't on the program but he was mentioned as having changed his opinion to being cautiously bullish. The broad market is rallying this morning with a nice advance/decline ratio. Despite the pop up in the semis we saw late yesterday, it looks like leadership is more in the blue chips. The semi book-to-bill ratio for May was 0.80 and will probably be weak through July. Although lower earnings and a clouded outlook will continue to effect the sector, I think this is the period to buy for a move up over the next several months.
