Citidude... you are in no way involved... I received the Top Dog solicitation, but did not send you my email address when requested to do so for the share count information. I guess that information just wasn't that important to me... (sheepish grin), but the fact is... YOU DIDN'T HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND I STILL RECEIVED THE SOLICITATION! Lazarus, hoping nobody is trying to blame Chris.

FWIW - I have no idea what happened, but I do enjoy, appreciate and receive value from the Top Dog newsletter. I am thankful to the Top Dog guys for putting it together. Lots of winners lately. I think you owe TOP DOG an apology.. you guys need to communicate a little better... heck, I guess everyone does.. easy to get things mixed up when you're talking about so many people. anyway, I'll PM you and clear this up. TO ANYONE OFFENDED BY TOP DOG for the emails that went out yesterday. We did NOT STEAL the names.. how could we?? They were given to us and we put out the emails ASKING if you wanted to be added to TOP DOG instead of just adding you anyway. NO HARM DONE... jim

A SINCERE APOLOGY TO EVERYONE ----- PLEASE READ--- I am the "so called" culprit who gave the list of e-mails to JimB. This was all just a misunderstanding....between myself and Byron (rocketeer1) in that I didn't think he was interested in or going to do a e-mail list, and between myself and JimB (as he thought I was endorsing his mailing for the Rocketeers).... JimB or myself did not do this with any malice toward any of you. I just felt that since he was supporting 3 of the 4 stocks, and since he already had a list in place that he could help all of us. Jim just made a "poor choice of words" when he said the "rocketeers endorse his newsletter" Jim is very upright in his dealings, and if you don't want to receive his mailing, i'm sure he will be glad to accommodate anyone who wants removed. This list of names was sent to JimB, before Citidude even started his e-mailing. I am truly sorry if I have violated anyones privacy or trust. Rest assured, the list has now been sent to Byron, and has been destroyed on my end. A special apology to Chris (citidude) I know you have taken a lot of the "heat" for this. And I am truly sorry. Again, I apologize to everyone on all these threads for any thing that I may have done. I throw myself on the mercy of the Rocketeers.....
