Jon basically you are saying DD for OTC:BB is impossible. You originally said DD is impossible on this stock. << 1. The most basic components of due dilligence are the income statement and balance sheet. We don't have them. Without these, everything else is next to meaningless. >> Ok, so the message here is giveup. DD is impossible. << 2. IF you had these, your next job is to try to independently verify them. Then you can look into the backgrounds of officers, the product's market, etc. etc. etc. Somewhere way down the list is worrying about whether they place ads on web sites that can deliver 1 million or 5 million impressions/month. >> conclusion - waste of time because no numbers. << 3. But we do not know the financial condition of the company. Due dilligence, in this case, ends with the lack of financial statements. Anybody who relied on the advice of a financial consultant in buying this stock will have an open and shut case against their financial advisor. >> basically same as #1 By your own definition, see #1, the above statement has no meaning! Remember no numbers therefore you are jumping to conclusions based on NO evIDENSE. << 4. Q. "Did you examine current and historical financial statements of the company?" A. No. They were not available. >> same as #1 << 5. Q. And you advised your client to buy stock in the company, even though you could not examine the company's financial statements, and had no way of knowing their financial condition. A. Yes. >> redundant << Q. Thank you, no further questions. I rest my case. Judgement: for the prosecution. >> Joke right! heeeheeeheee Your Case no numbers, just like all the other OTC:BB stocks. lesson time: Jon are you familiar with the phase "Reverse Engineering"? Your approach is start with a piece of paper and verify it's correctness but you can't because there are no numbers. Jon are you a bean counter? Well since we do not have number's what do you think about trying reverse engineering. Do I need to explained the concept to you? How about trying to determine: Number of employees? Facilitie cost? Business overhead? Etc? Stuff? revenue streams? contracts? list of customers? dah dah dah duh? Revenues = (impressions/month) * NumbeOfSites * CostOfImpression; Your explanation for being here was one of academia. Correct? How about giving reverse engineering a chance at doing DD? Schools out for summer Dude. Jon, don't you just hate whinners, tattle tales, or a@@wipes? Kiss kiss Your client, based on your defense, just received the death penalty. ftm - Flat Tax = Greater Wealth for All
