<Dusty was trying to tell Gary that he should just E-Mail info to people that he had designated worthy of information and to forget about the rest of the investors. This is what prompted me to lash out against that type of thinking.>

As I told you in the beginning, I agree with that. All info should be available to ALL interested parties. Never disputed that.

<Before I would ever think about notifing anyone about a problem I have with another investor I would go to that investor and discuss it one on one.>

You didn't say that in your post. You said that if you found out that Gary was sending private emails, you would tell those who needed to know that.

<That is what is wrong with the forum to many people are swayed by others that they perceive as powerful and influential and when that person says something it is gospel.>

I think you underestimate the capability of some to think independently, however, I will agree that sheep exist and are extremely vulnerable on the OTC.

<These forums are operated the same...Good and positive information is all to welcome but let a person say anything that can be construed as a possible negative and everyone is on them like a pack of wolves.>

That is the nature of the beast here. It is hard to tell what is for real and what is an intentional naysayer. A good DD'er, while possibly publicly defending the stock, will be quietly following up on the negative as well. I think that happened in this case, but Fisher was able to easily explain things away, until last week.

My dad always used to tell me "It's not what you say, it's how you say it.", and I think there is something to that here. However, in principle, I think we probably agree on more than we disagree on.

Good Luck to You,
:-)

Mr. Bender,

Ditto on Binder's post---

On another thread, I sent you a private message (to avoid stirring up the thread) regarding and in support of an unpopular position you had expressed. Your response was to send back a negatively worded message about being each others enemy and having to work against each other in order to profit from the others loss. Although that is a working model for investing, it is not one that I choose to participate in since I do not believe that stocks have to be a zero-sum game.

Your intent may or may not be to elicit such negative responses (or you may not even care) but that is definitely the effect you have created on more than one occasion.

FYI if you want it..... or not.

I wish you best of luck, (but not at my expense)
George
