I've weighted them percentage wise like the OEX .
They are up today 1.42 % , while the OEX average is up 1.06%,
this is a good sign as the big caps lead both ways, with
the smaller ones over taking them both on the top side,
and bottom side. So when the Top 15 move up faster that the
average it could be a sign of a rally. MSFT and INTC
moved the index the most, But I'm still on hold.
