After the close today MIFGY (a Y2K tool maker) announced the planned stock acquisition of ISLI (a Y2K services and Y2K tool maker) at a huge premium. Perfect time for a buyout with Y2K stock values well off their 52-week highs. The way IAIC has built its services business, its business model is looking more like ISLI's.
