Billy d:

I have been a SEPR shareholder for the last 1 1/2 years, and I believe I have been through some of the up-down-down-up cycles before with this company, but never before has the come-back been so frustrating and antagonizing like this. Even with SmartMoney On-line recommended article a couple of days ago has failed to pop the price up. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY AN ABSOLUTE MANIPULATION BY THE MARKET MAKERS, AND THE SEC SHOULD DEFINITELY LOOK INTO IT !!!! I might very well call the SEC myself and complain about this ill-practice by the Market Makers.

Anyway, I feel we are getting very close to an FDA announcement on levalbuterol (which I hope will be positive). If you look at the weekly chart with the 200-day MA, it looks like we are in the processing of forming an inverted head-and-shoulder with the base around the $37-$38. In order to confirm this formation, we should close the week (triple-witching Friday) above the $41 mark, which would be extremely positive.

Also, a number of the well-known biotech. stocks seem to be regaining their momentum, and maybe this will give a boost to SEPR, which was started by Bear Stearns with an <<Attractive>> coverage.

Anyway, thanks for the moral boost. GOOD LUCK

Mazen
