I have read all of your comments. This is what I find: 1. You have failed to produce any information that I can follow up on to validate your statements. 2. You leave me with the impression (IMO) to NOT buy this stock. Now, I am not as experienced with investing as many others, but I paid to join SI so I could have access to more information than I could get on my own. I have never met most of the people on this thread, so I can't discern whether or not they are being level with the readers or trying to deceive... Many of them have posted info and sources that I can follow up on... If you have info that they are in violation of Rule 10b-5, then I am calling you for it. This isn't a game to me. I invest for the sake of my family. They give sources that I can consult to verify for myself the value of what they say. You do the same! Otherwise, I must conclude (IMO)that you, Sir, are in violation of SEC Rule 10b-5. This information is IMPORTANT to me... js
