Hey everyone! CDG was just recommended a buy by BullTrade.com
I subscribe to a newsletter at bulltrade.com and in this morning's release they recommended a buy on Cliffs Drilling. They gave about 10 good reasons of why to buy. They have a really big customer base at BullTrade, so don't be surprised if you see increased volume. I'm looking to acquire more here.

Phil

Re: Venezuelan Accusations of Non-Compliance

biz.yahoo.com

<<<....A key advisor and member of Venezuela's Riyadh pact team, Alberto Quiros Corradi, said the violator could be Saudi Arabia.

''It would be a pity if after the strict compliance of the accord between OPEC and independent producers in April and May, one producer should disrespect their voluntary commitment,'' he was quoted as saying in local newspaper El Nacional Tuesday.

He said ''secondary sources,'' which refers to independent analysts, showed extra cargoes coming from Saudi Arabia...

I find this very interesting, since it would seem to be against the producers' interests to make such statements publicly while trying to shore up prices.

I think back to the pas de deux the Venezuelans and Saudis performed earlier in the year, and how it led to the agreement among the producers to cut output.

I think this current accusation may be part of a strategy aimed at establishing some sort of mechanism to insure compliance to output limits among the producers. Now is the time to try to set up such a mechanism--while low oil prices have them concerned. But how to give teeth to any system of oversight??? That is the difficulty, I think.
