Sean, Though VMS can only create dirs under existing QPV dirs, MSDATA has no restrictions. As you know, both can overwrite existing dirs. Suposed to be a new qp2 at the site this week that cures minor ProcessMS problems. Bob

Sean: "2. When outputting to real MS data the directory will NOT be automatically be created for you. (I reported this to gary several months ago, don't know if he has fixed it or intends to fix it, he doesn't keep me posted as to all the bug fixes as I wish he would :( )" But it was automatically created, I assure you. I checked on this before I sent the note. MSDATA and VMS directories were automatically created when I tried it. Honestly. Maybe Gary has fixed this. Brooke
