Ever thought that maybe there is a reason for doing it that way? Ever heard of estate taxes? I think it is pretty brilliant to take assets and get them to your grandkids on a very low BASIS. Put the shares in a trust at $.15 when they are really worth $2-3....

Do you understand inheritance taxes and trusts and basis?

In this case the Forthright makes a wrong. You continually show an overall ignorance about how and why MTEI was started the way it was. Your numbers are misleading and incorrect.
