Dear Ron Reece, An interesting post but you got the conclusion wrong .Unfortunately, the impact of Y2K across socio-economic lines will be severe.Yes,the DOW,will drop dramatically. But the drop will not be felt the same way across the stock indexes. The answer to this is quite simple and easy to see.
Since, the SEC has mandated 10 K ( Y2K) reporting by companies, they have virtually supplied the shorts with an unlimited supply of targets.Companies with large Y2K
exposure/liability,potentiality for mega lawsuits, which just about kills any companies stock price ,the short olympics will be upon us soon.
So,where do you put your money then.International markets are headed down, people want to be close to their money during difficult times,so Tava, presents this opportunity in a niche market with no competition.Tava provides a safe harbour for investors.Their conservative,non-hyping management style and continued ability to sign many, many Fortune 500 companies will continue to push the stock price well past $100.+,if you have read any of my earlier posts, this is when I will be a seller of Tava.
Small investors will drive the Y2K mania,as they come to realize that, the companies they are presently invested in will drop dramatically .Either your part of the problem or your part of the solution.Investors want to invest only in winners
like Tava, with unlimited upside potential and a solution provider well past 2004.
Happy Investing!

Regards,
Dave

P.S. I smell a short squeeze coming.!!
