Hi Cary,

I've been watching KEG too. If I ever buy oil drillers/services, it will be on my list. Others to consider when the time is right include PKD, PESC, GW, and maybe even NORT. The big question is when will be the right time to buy ? Oil is at an almost historic low (in real dollar terms), yet these stocks have not even hit 52-week lows (OK, so PKD hit a 52-week low). These stocks have yet to suffer, IMO, from the inevitable bad earnings that will come from the current environment.

If you'd like an indicator of when to buy KEG, I recommend monitoring this url:

biz.yahoo.com

It sure told shareholders last year when to sell !!!!!!!! I would wait until it starts to show insider buys.

Just my thoughts,
Chris

Amigo's,

As you ponder over Jim's message about bounce, you might also want to look over my followup on the 56 thread.

Cary, want you to know that KEG has been my number one pick in oils
since December--evenbought it on one of the many phony rallies that have occured, went back to 15 and had to wait for it to come back, and then dumped it,and have avoided the oils since.Their is one alternative some people are using regards the oils services/drillers--
they are buying on the perceived bottom and then tucking the stock away for 2-3 years, willing to go through dead money time----Cary,when you decide to buy let me know.
I also repeat the 2 others I really like--UTI and MDCO---and on the strictly drillers/services thread there is area lot of fans of FGII.
