Look, I do not mind your posting of info, since some is good discussion, but I get really sick of your sarcasm and wise cracks.
Also, fill out your profile so we know where you are coming from, if you can not do that. Then post without the sarcasm.

That's an excellent post, Wireless. Worth thinking about. What do you want to bet that there will be a flurry of posts accusing you, among other things, of being a basher, Canadian, shorter, MM and a member of the Fly By Night board. Very interesting. Thanks for the info.

Wireless, do you own stock in MTEI?

Matt

Wonk: you take all this effort to say that their income, only from coal is = to 0.384$/share. Well then why don't you multiply this by an acceptable P/E ratio (say 5 instead of 8.6), then 0.384 * 5 = $1.92/Share!

Mr. Wonk, I read all your post and have some questions for you.

You state; "Divide the 25 million net income by the 65 million shares outstanding and what is the income per share? 38 cents!!! Hey, MTEI is trading above that, its overvalued!"

This is based on the 2600 acres alone, correct?

It is trading at .48, so let us say that it's overvalued by .10

Now what about the additional 8000 acres, or is this a "carefully worded" PR?

Do you agree or disagree that that they acquired this land for mineral reserves, and if so what would be a fair estimate on the stock price?

Would $1.05 - $1.30 be out of the question?

Remember, this is based on coal alone.
