REH, I hope you can provide me with some insight. I understand that in the near future, it won't be possible to improve a systems performance by adding RAM. "The 100-MHz SDRAM interface, although physically similar, is electrically different from current DIMMs. Therefore, SDRAM designed for 100MHz systems won't work in 66-MHz machines, and vice versa. The same is true for the Rambus interface---Rambus memory modules (a.k.a RIMMs) will not be backward-compatible with earlier systems." Do you believe there is a significant pent-up demand for the near release of much faster systems, especially since upgrading will be no longer possible? Is this a boon for RMBS technology? Thanks.

It so nice to see the 40s again. <VBG>

I hope we never see 35 1/2 again. I did want to buy more at that price level, though.
