I'm sure you know that a watch doesn't read and write to a magnetic disc drive with very small track widths. A watch's mechanical funtion is to use springs and gears to turn 2 arms around a dial.

Vapor!'s error rate will be significant. Feel free to check it out for yourself when it finally comes out (maybe sometime this year)
