Hi, I bought in a small position. My thinking is that the selling may be over. Today volume is down, but there was ample opportunity to sell in the high 9's. The lack of selling leads me to believe that the selling spree has ended. However, I am keeping a watchful eye and a tight stop.

Looks like we may close above the 200 day ma. Volume, however is only average, maybe below average.

Aeroflex Announces Contracts Valued At $7.4 Million for Microelectronic Modules for Use in Satellite Telecom

PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1998--Aeroflex Incorporated (NYSE:ARX), a manufacturer of advanced electronics systems and microelectronic components, announced today that its subsidiary, Aeroflex Laboratories, Inc. has been awarded contracts totaling $7.4 million from two Satcom customers.

These contracts, approximately half of which were received in June 1998, are for microelectronic multi-chip-modules (MCM's) for satellite telecommunications with deliveries commencing in December, 1998.

Aeroflex Incorporated through its subsidiaries, utilizes advanced technologies to provide state-of-the-art microelectronic module, interconnect and testing solutions used in communication applications for commercial and defense markets. It also designs and manufactures motion control systems and shock and vibration isolation systems used for commercial, industrial and defense applications.
