Keith, I don't mean to talk for Mitchell but my GUESS is that where the .60 came from was where the stock was just a few short days ago...even though it seems like an eternity.

and if you didn't think it was worth what you bought it at why did you buy???

that just my opinion,

we a have piece of land that is worth 10 million bucks right now.
