Not sure, but I was under the impression that there was real good news in the pipe line, but then again if my stock price was being repriced I'd be happy too. No, No, Ted your not going to drag me into slamming S3 boys, those days are over they fu K up and we paid the price, those days are behind us. Now on to a brighter future.

The quote I heard from the west coast today, yea, those lazy bastards finally got out of bed (:-), is and I quote " Intel has blinked".

Ted,

I know you are jabbing and punching with the re-price option statement. But, when they were re-priced back in the first quarter, the options were re-priced in the $5.50 - $5.75 range.

I don't think Terry Holdt is going to allow any more re-pricing but I think he is going to hold everyone at S3 to the challenge of making the previous re-pricing pay off.

Frank, another thought regarding the "blink". Perhaps INTC now realizes that a commodity chip such as a graphics accelerator is not the business to be in? Word is that they have already reduced headcount at C&T and may be pushing efforts to the sub zero market as a standalone???? This is going to be very interesting.
