<You guys can sit around and act like smart fools - but I am on the run. And Perlow, you want to get a good look of a moron? Gaze into your mirror!.>

1. Who are you running from?

2. Ouch! But all I have to say is look at a) MGMT: $2 in August 1993 and $0.003 today. ASGT: $2 in August 1996 and $0.10 today. The truth speaks for itself -- Loser.

Joe:

Why is the SEC talking to you about your connection to AIRSTAR/XECOM and has been for over a year?

Sprint has always paid for sales efforts, as you once were so thrilled to tell us.....I think your phrase was something to the effect that since SPRINT pays for it let's "kick ass." So, who was it that decided that ASTG should now start paying for sales efforts itself to the tune of 10-15G's a month?

We have no more accounts now than we did a year ago. Burton (Barton, whatever) sure did a bang up job for 10-15G's. Another of your consulting decisions?

Are you saying your selling out and leaving us? So what else is new?
You have been doing that all along. Selling us out is your middle name. Don't let the door slam you in the ass as you go.

Wes
