I just remembered that you did not deny the fact that you have reduced your revenue sharing to 20% and do not have a long term contract but rather one that can be cancelled at any time. I find it intersting that you chose not to explain how you would make up the shortfall in revenues as contracts come up for renewal.
Next subject is the basis for the securities violations law suit
which I am advised is misstatements and omissions. As opposed to your and others claiming this event is indeed common place and need not be of concrn to the people who bought the the stock up to jan. 9 1998
I am advised that based on the facts this particular class action is very meritorius-- even to the extent that if proven correct there could be criminal liability as well as civil.
I would be interested in your evaluation now as compared to what you have said earlier, since I believe that gmtc may be in serious trouble.
Additionally how in the world could you purposely downplay this siuation and tout the stock at higher prices at the same time????
Next posting will address your law suits against the charites and their counter suit against you and the time frame within these events took place relative TO THE IPO.

When are you going to respond on either board to the issue of markedly lower renues and no longer getting locked in long term contracts. To one and all please review the gmtc S.I. board if you are interested in seeing whose in sheeps clothing
The next potentially unpleasant topic will be the basis for the securities violations law suit. As you so kindly did for agt go back and dig out and present your comments relative to this subject. I
am pretty sure you will not have the guts to do so.
Do you expect that your clever attack on agt re the sonic bingo ituation is news when anyboduy who knows how to read KNEW a LOMG TIME ago that funds were and are not available to proceed. Since you most assuredley know this This posting confirms to me you will always be looking to bury agt so as to wipe them out as a potential competitor
because their handset makes yours look sick.
Looking foward to a direct response as opposed to the MISSTATEMENT you posted on the gmtc board (SI).
Just remembered something else to flush out---- Your law suits and the counter suit--- and their possible relation to the IPO and other things. That one will be real fun.

Your response to the reduction in revenue to 20% requires a simple yes or no as does the response to the point of not being able to get an exclusive as to to utilization of your ( GMTC) equipment on an exclusive basis ( as opposed to the lock in type-- time wise that you have been able to previously get.
As a matter of fact it does seem like this is already common knowledge among most operators in TX. ( as I projected might turn out to be the case) and it appears they are going to take the same approach with eveyone of the manufacturers.
Worse yet there are predictions that 20% will be further reduced very shortly by more than one company .
It also seems a certainty that the former exclusive-- lock in type of contracts are gone gone gone
A simple statement such as yes or nor to each of these points will tell where you are at and whether your projections are based on fact or fiction or ????
