Vincent
Looks like the daytraders are leaving the stock. Not many big sells , probably the smaller players that thought news was this week. I wonder what they will have to pay for the stock once news is released about financing.

John, Vincent, and ALL,

Please define "DILUTION" because I think you are sorely mistaken that dilution will be happening.

Dilution is the addition of share when the value of each other share is diminished. BUT if outstanding shares are added while the value of all other shares is increased then NO dilution has occurred. We ALL benefit.

The easiest measure is EPS to measure dilution so let's guesstimate what will happen with MISM.

Presently (for large approximation) revenues are about 1.5 million and let's assume earnings are $200,000 for round numbers. Outstanding shares are about 20 million (including 504 private placement earlier this year) so EPS is about 0.01. (very approximate).

Aftere all the deals, I think EPS will be at the VERY least 0.05 (5 times) and shares should be about 40 million. Actual EPS I think will be higher, 0.10 or higher.

OUR value per share will increase 5-10 times even though the share count has doubled.

That is NOT dilution!!

later and VERY long on MISM, leroyt
