Our old friend Inca has been chasing the stock down all day. They are really putting pressure on it. They did the same yesterday. Guess they wrote a whole bunch of June 50s. <ggg>

Jonathan, you echoed exactly what I said. So why wait if the business combination makes sense and there is no impact on cash flow or taxes. It seems to me that the amortization of goodwill is simply an illusory hit against against equally illusory earnings. When any company pays a premium for another company it is immediately known regardless of whether it is explicitly stated on the balance sheet as goodwill.
