what about another competitive bid? there is still hope of a white knight at say 14 dollars. why the hell would they sell out at 11.5? bunch of losers.

I don't know. No response from investor relations, (email or phone), web site down and no direct news from the company. They must have slept late this morning. -absolutely disgusted
