maybe he guided them to thinking we miss by a couple cents, that is where the stock is! I think I am being promised food and getting so hungry I don't care anymore!

That should be illegal. The fact that Charlie and Co. were dumping shares before this informal guidance should also be illegal. If true this really stinks.
