Ian: Assuming they sold a minority interest in those Affiliates thru an I.P.O, what would be the approximate total they could raise. Now that the TDM cash cow is drying up , selling a minority share makes good sense.

At the same time, Mr. Albinson said some of the affiliates are mature
enough that the issue of cashing out has become a "fairly paramount
concern" for management of the affiliates, Newbridge and the other
investors.

If they choose the IPO route, I suspect looking at CKEYF as an example would be in order.

Before the offering the shares outstanding were 14,845,493.

I've talked to the management of Cambrian, ACC, and Vienna and all indicate they're likely to go public within the next couple years.
