Kurlak would eventually prove right in most cases, but--a very big BUT--his public timing may be different from what he tells his private elite clients and so forth. Got what I mean?

And in the stock market, timing is everything.

PS: for instance, if you wait till Q4 of 98 to buy semi stocks, you might be entering at the 7th inning if not later.
