As a former casualty of the great IOM war, I can personally attest to the fact that one CAN rebuild his/her portfolio from virtually scratch. I lost six figures on the IOM deal, but a lesson well learned. Actually I'm glad I went through it because I will NEVER make the same mistake twice. Two steps forward, one step back. If CCSI was your "lesson," all I can say is try to learn from it and move on. Your mental health depends on it.

Good luck.

Has anyone examined CCSI's quarterly reports for the last 4 quarters and compared their legal expenses and liabilities for legal fees for each period to see if their is any evidence to support the assumption that attorneys have been engaged to execute to details of the "DEAL"? Remember attorneys would have also been engaged in doing the legal work in the 2 for 3 split.
I haven't had time to look into it,and I don't have time to now.
If anyone looks into it, please post your findings and conclusions. Thanks.
