>>Any talk about releasing a successor to SyJet - compatible 3Gig drive maybe?<<

Thanks for bringing this up, I completely forgot about this.

At the PC Expo yesterday, I overheard a Syquest employee answering questions posed by an Iomega fan--

Iomega fan -"Iomega came out with a 1 Gig drive, so you came out with a 1 Gig drive.."

Syquest employee- "Actually we came out with the 1.5 Gig Syjet, then the 1 Gig SparQ priced $200 below Iomega's..."

Iomega Fan- "But anything else?"

SyQuest employee- "Well Iomega came out with a 1 Gig, we came out with a 1.5 Gig, they come out with a 2 Gig, we come out with a 2.5 Gig..."

In my head, I went "Whoah!! back up there!"

I guess this may be considered a news leak of a 2.5 Gig Syjet being announced soon.
