J.D., get over it. Roger Templeton admitted he dropped the ball in being overly optimistic in projecting a date for the 10-SB to be released. I've talked to him several times about it. My concern is that every time one of these things is delayed, it is accompanied by recently discovered bad news. Roger assures me that is not the case here. I have no reason to think otherwise. DGIV is a very small company, this is not their first mistake nor will it be their last. What happened to everybody today, awful quiet here, considering the nice move up. Mark
