Wave people have indicated that the CD ROMs can be provided for practically no cost. They're very cheap to manufacture and the real value is in the content. If the consumer isn't interested then the CDs will be tossed - no return necessary.

Nevertheless, human nature dictates that (almost) every consumer will want to 'try just one'.
