QUESTEC TO UNVEIL NEW SOFTWARE APPLICATION AT 1998 DAVIS CUP For those of you that don't know, QSTI is the company that brought us the computer-generated graphic pitching analysis in the world series last year. They have been wallowing in the .34-.41 range for several months now and appear poised to move.
