All: Let's prepare a list of questions for management for whoever will be attending the shareholder meeting. First, some venting: I do not like how slowly managament is moving in starting up ITN thin-film joint venture and making another acquisition. They are taking way too long. I do not know what is going on at the company, but obviously RNTK is lacking management skill. I guess that is what you get when you buy stock in a company run by nerdy engineers. We should have known as much. There is nothing forcing them to speed this up, no majority shareholder that is demanding results, and the board of directors all handpicked by current management. We need to add new directors to the board with no ties to current management. If we SI people were savvy enough, we should find a way to force RNTK to take on an additional director or two next year. I don't know anyone. I doubt anyone here does. It is probably wishful thinking. RNTK does need a kick in the ass. There is no way for us puny shareholders to instigate this change. I am losing patience with them. But what can I do? All I can do is sell my shares and walk away. But I am not going to do that because I still believe in this company's potential. However, I do not believe this company is being run well. All I can do is gripe on this board. Hence RNTK will continue to be run as it is now. Maybe there is a way to form a mutual fund that invests solely in RNTK. That way we could pool are shares together and force our voice on the board and on the way this company is run. So which one of you rich guys with nothing better to do wants to do this? Hopefully I will look back on this post a few months from now and laugh. But right now I am extremely annoyed with how slowly management is moving. Here are my questions: 1) Why has no action been taken over the past six months to improve the financial condition of the company? 2) More specifically, does management realize it is better to make a mediocre acquisition earlier than to make a great acquisition later? 3) How much would a new acquisition cost? 4) When is ITN thin-film joint venture going to startup? Does ITN have any potential customers yet? 5) Have the Preferred A shareholders converted into common stock yet? 5) What does management expect the share count to be 1 year from now, 2 years from now, excluding splits? I am sure you all have better questions. Let's make a list so whoever is attending the meeting can ask some intelligent questions. Regards everyone, Schopenhauer
