Three class-action lawsuits have been filed in the last two days against MS. It is the standard "strike suit" MO. These firms jump on any company, especially startups, that have had a big drop in stock price, file a suit based on newspaper clippings, and then hope the company will pay them to go away. IMO the lawsuits are what is depressing the stock price today. It may be worth noting Congress recently passed a law making it much harder for these law firms to collect anything in cases like this.
