Hello SM, I think the acquisition of the Muller stock is a good deal for DCTC at this time as it gives Mr. Murphy more shares to deal with while at the same time, not increasing the outstanding. I know that Mr. Muller is still a large personal shareholder of DCTC and is very enthusiastic about the future of the company. There are many documents required by the SEC that we will probably filed over the next several weeks. I hope they reveal a larger portion of the acquisition picture..... Take care... Lou
