Yes, I have heard the same.Usually to get the OK it(The Cash)has to go all the way up the line to ensure approval.That is probably why Mr. Ho is hanging back to ensure speedy transition of the deal and approval of the leases by the officials.
I got the impression from Mr. Battrum that everything was O.K'd so I will continue to wait and do some more Due diligence on the Hong Kong company set up.This has raised a few questions I need to have answered.
