I just don't like the idea of making commentaries that cast doubts THAT HELP ASSURE that the price will hit the .20's again. And that's, knowingly or unknowingly, what you're doing.

Party, where do you think the stock will go, should ESVS and ZULU merge, and the 80-20 ratio that's been trumpeted around here doesn't prove to be true, and the overnight gains that are being promised by some armchair analysts doesn't prove true? When a blue chip stock misses earnings by a couple of cents it takes a fall.

The overly ZULU favourable hype is just as detrimental to the long term stock value. Do you not have doubts when a every analysis of the SEC filing finds that ZULU shareholders will be instantly rewarded should a deal go through (and much of that based on a sentence fragment often quoted out of context from the middle of a 23 page document)? It's a good thing that the talk on the individuals talking on the SI thread (or the Yahoo Psychic network) is local and small enough that it doesn't have a major effect on the price.

The blame for the stock price fairly rests entirely on ZULU's shoulders alone, and not on individuals on SI or any other thread. The lack of verifiable facts about ZULU are what is holding the stock back. Contrary to the sometimes wishful thinking here, ESVS news releases don't count until after a combination deal is etched in stone. ZULU flew once on rumour - it'll take something more concrete to fly again.
