Joe, They can't devalue until the slick one cashes some more of their "campaign contributions." <G> What is it with American Presidents and bribes from Asia. The Chinese govt. lists Clinton as an expense item in their annual budget and the Japanese had Reagan securely in their pocket. Nobody could buy Bush or Carter (Jimmy might have taken a little cash, but he didn't make a Habitat out of it <groan>), which is why they only had one term each. <G> MB
