James, why retire debt last year and take on more this year???? have rates dropped so much that this is an advantage???? also a week has gone by and no takeovers!

After speaking with RECY today I'm confident that everything is on track in the Acquisition area... Also, something seems to be cooking regarding the various road shows in the past month... Although nothing was said, I think we will see higher prices in the weeks and months to come...
