You are absolutely right Ramsey Su. I just offered an opinion and no proof. BTW I respect your opinion from one who has been a lurker (that's me) around here for a long time. I also agree that you have cited chapter and verse as has Maurice. I was just using shorthand. Not trying to start at ground zero to prove a case. I will not now. Too tired for that. Been around too long. Simply suggesting that there is an alternative view - namely the sky will stay in place. Seriously, to be useful all this discussion requires an intimate knowledge of each individual Asian country and some background in politics and economics generally. You clearly are a person who analyzes all this very seriously. You may well be right. I just think not. But time will tell, no? Chaz
