i just spoke with WV and they had a lot of calls today from broker style people, they said that they were going to start accumulating so that may be them. we will have the newsletter on friday or there about from dgiv, that will help shed some light on some of the sb10 questions. also, i think you will be hearing about financials and so forth when the sb10 comes out. it should attract a lot of institutional buying.
